- Mild steel: up to 50mm with oxygen, 30mm+ with air.
- Stainless steel: 30mm nitrogen cut – bright edges, dross‑free.
- Aluminum: 25mm+ high‑speed, no burr.
- Speed: 25mm plate at 2.2 m/min vs. 0.8 m/min (12kW).
Bevel cutting ±45°
Optional 5‑axis oscillating head cuts weld-ready bevels on flanges and edges. No secondary grinding, no milling — just perfect 30°–45° bevels for immediate welding.
Heavy‑duty gantry
Stress‑relieved welded frame + linear guides. Integrated follow‑up supports prevent beam sagging up to 12m lengths. 24/7 operation with zero thermal drift.
